Where can I buy cold pressed oils in Pakistan?+
All Organic Nursh cold pressed oils — including virgin coconut oil and pumpkin seed oil — are wood-pressed in our Karachi press house and shipped across Pakistan within 1–2 working days.
Is pumpkin seed oil good for hair growth?+
Yes. Cold pressed pumpkin seed oil is rich in zinc, phytosterols and essential fatty acids — nutrients traditionally associated with thicker, denser hair when used consistently 2–3 times a week.
How do I use coconut oil for hair?+
Warm a tablespoon of virgin cold pressed coconut oil, massage into the scalp and through the lengths, leave for 1–2 hours (or overnight) and wash off with a sulphate free herbal shampoo.
What makes a shampoo sulphate free?+
Sulphate free shampoos replace harsh detergents like SLS/SLES with gentler plant-based cleansers — like the shikakai and reetha in our Strength & Shine Herbal Shampoo. They clean without stripping the scalp.
Are your natural hair care products safe for daily use?+
Yes — every formula is free from sulphates, parabens, silicones, mineral oils and synthetic fragrance, and safe for coloured and chemically treated hair.
Do you ship across Pakistan?+
Yes, we ship nationwide in 3–5 business days from our Karachi press house. We accept cards, bank transfer and cash on delivery in PKR.
How long do the oils stay fresh?+
Unopened, our cold pressed oils stay at their best for 12 months. Once opened, use within 6 months. Store away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place.
