Where we ship
We ship to every city and town in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and rural addresses served by our courier partners. International orders are currently available on request — please write to care@organicnursh.com.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched from our Lahore press house within 1–2 working days. Major cities receive their parcels in 2–3 working days; smaller cities and remote areas in 3–5 working days. You will receive a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your order is handed to the courier.
Shipping charges
A flat fee of Rs 250 applies to orders below Rs 3,500. Orders of Rs 3,500 and above ship free across Pakistan. Cash on delivery carries an additional Rs 100 service fee, payable to the courier on arrival.
Payment options
We accept debit and credit cards, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa and cash on delivery — all priced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Card payments are processed through encrypted gateways; we never store full card details.
Returns & exchanges
If a bottle arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost. For hygiene reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned unless faulty. Unopened products in their original packaging may be exchanged within 14 days.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please reach out on WhatsApp at +92 300 0000000 or email care@organicnursh.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and respond within one working day.
