Pumpkin Seed Oil begins on partner farms across Pakistan, where seeds are harvested at peak ripeness and sun-cured the old way — on cotton sheets, never in industrial dryers.
Inside our Lahore press house, a wooden ghani turns at a slow, deliberate pace. The oil seeps out drop by drop, below 45°C, carrying the nutrients, aroma and character that high-heat extraction would erase.
